I've had the green Los Calientes before and when I finished the bottle I thought I'd give this pack a shot since I liked it so much. I'm so glad I did. All of them are great. Seriously. They are all different enough to stand on their own, too. The barbacoa is just *chefs kiss*. I use the red one on my eggs in the morning. I like spicy foods and this is probably a medium level spice.

My fave trio. Each with unique offerings. Would drink any of these. They go great alone or with just about anything.

I like really hoy stuff, and grow my own reapers and scotch bonnets to make my own sauces with... but for some reason, these milder Los Calientes sauces are my "go to" for almost everything. All three have such great and unique flavors, they really complement what you put them on. All three are definitely made for different things... I think the original is the most universal, but the rojo gets used the most, and the Barbacoa is great with red meat and pork.

These are my very favorite hot sauces of all time. I do a lot of cooking and use them in my recipes but my favorite thing is Los Calientes on chicken wings of course!

The staple that binds my tongue to anything when applied... Los Calientes!! Specifically the green sauce(if you twisted my arm), but mix in some rojo and DAMN, it's a balance that an Olympic gymnast couldn't achieve. Use extreme caution during the pour or you'll have no choice but to eat the TV remote and possibly a shoe(the wife is still angry bout' that). Then Barbacoa slid in, turning my pork dishes into a wonderment(wonderful/condiment*trademark*) necessary of the highest praise... seriously!! We have made many orders at Heatonist, the L.C. Trio has never been left behind and will always be our favorite! Thanks for taking the time, -J.Kessler

So far, we’ve opened up the original red sauce and the verde, and they’re fantastic. The verde has become my favorite topping for eggs in the morning, and we used the original red on some wings. They’ve got a kick, but they’re smoky and flavorful - the flavor isn’t lost to the spice. We’re still trying to find the perfect way to use the Barbacoa, but we can’t wait to get into it!
