“I placed an order on August 3rd, their website said orders should be fulfilled in 24-48 hours, shipped shortly after in a couple business days…11 days later I hear nothing. No shipment updates, no additional communication, nothing. I reached out hoping for an update of some sort and they tell me that it’s out of stock, it’s been out of stock, and that they “hope” it will be available in the next couple of days. I totally get it if an item goes out of stock, truly, but I would have appreciated some sort of notification on this. I was hoping to have these by the end of the month for a birthday party. If I didn’t reach out I would’ve heard nothing. The customer service rep I spoke with was very quick to respond after I reached out to set things right. I cancelled my order, got a refund, a discount code etc. But I would love in the future for all items that are out of stock to be listed as out of stock or at least communicate with your buyers. I just checked the website now and it still says available even when the customer service rep says it isn’t. Very confusing.”

“Can't speak for the hot sauces since I never actually received them. Their customer service lied to me multiple times, contradicting themselves in every email. First they were out of stock of every single product. Then they magically had my order ready to ship. And in the next email they were no longer in stock (in the span of an hour). I can understand items not being in stock but how is that not listed ANYWHERE on the website. And why wasn't I informed when I received my confirmation email. If they had been honest from the start I would have been happy to wait for my order. Now, they've lost me as a fan. Super disappointed in the customer service.”

“We hosted a Hot Ones Challenge for us and six of our friends, and had a great time. 9/10 of us made it through to the end. Number 8 and 10 were by far the most painful!”
