“This is a great pack. I haven't had a chance to try all of the sauces, but so far the ones I have tried have been great. And yeah, you get to the tail end of these sauces and they do get super hot (Looking at you last dab) but generally speaking even at the tail end, they are delicious and for the experienced spice connoisseur, you won't be disappointed. There is no doubt that when I get through these, I'll be buying another season pack of sauces (Even if there is no way I get through all the Last Dab before I do).”

“The first 5 are fantastic. I would use them one many different things. The last five are what I imagine Satan's vomit may feel and taste like. But I guess that was the point.”

“Love your sauces and your customer service (besides Da Bomb). One bottle was broken an you promptly replaced. Can’t wait to have another Hot Ones party. Just wish you provided questions to ask guests.”

“Excellent customer service!! Got a gift box shipped to my brother for his birthday. One of the bottles broke during shipping. Got immediate response from company and replacement processed same day!!!”

“The first time I received my order, my box was soggy. Due to whoever handled it, it broke 3 of the 10 hot sauces. Everything covered in sauce and glass. Which is no problem for me since I figured I’d reach out and just have them replaced. Accidents happen. Well after reaching out, they only sent me 1 of the 3 hot sauces that broke, still never got the “classic garlic” or “peppers up” unfortunately. After paying over $100 I expected to at least get the things that broke. I could have just asked for a full refund. But I was willing to just get my broken sauces replaced. It’s unfortunate because I love the show “Hot Ones. ” But I don’t think I could see myself buying from them again. .”
