“The Garlic sauce and Herbs sauce are both VERY garlicky! Fortunately, I love garlic. Just be forewarned: Whatever dishes/utensils you use will smell STRONGLY of garlic while being cleaned! These sauces are made for diluting in something.”

“Chef Mei Lin has developed a nice variety of sauces, all pretty much on the mild side but full of flavor. The herb has very fresh herb flavor, the garlic has plenty of garlic flavor, and the peppercorn is also very tasty, although I was surprised to find it very subtle in pepper flavor compared the the promises of the other two sauces coming through so powerfully. Highly recommend.”

“I was immediately drawn to this collaboration and the fact that the sauces aren't trying to blow you away with heat. Complexly flavored and each one has something distinct about it. The peppercorn sauce is the winner of the bunch! It is so good. I hope this one sticks around so I can purchase again. The garlic is also quite enjoyable. Herb brings up the rear but I still think it's a nice sauce and will try to work it into some future dinners or dips. These are all mild sauces and the flavors are really nicely dialed in.”

“I'm genuinely shocked at the positive feedback by others. I was extremely excited when I ordered these, and now I regret buying them. As someone else said, only the peppercorn sauce is even a hot sauce, and the flavor is just kind of bitter? It's a bell-pepper based vinegar sauce, and it has some interesting ingredients including szechuan peppercorn, but compared with most hot sauces I own, it's a 3/5 at best. The other two... neither of them are hot sauces, and I don't know WHAT that garlic sauce is. The first ingredient is jalapeno, but it honstly just tastes like someone blended 100 cloves of garlic and stuck it in a bottle. Moreover, I'm not even sure how they got it in that bottle, because it's thicker than a bowl of oatmeal, and took significant effort to get it out. Overall, I strongly recommend you spend your money on something else. Very excited for the new season of Top Chef, but these sauces can pack their peppers and go.”
