“Los calientes is my new favorite hot sauce. The Apollo is very hot but has a great flavor which is actually hard to find with the super hots. I’ve had this set for about a month and the los calientes is almost gone. I crave that flavor now. The variety in this set goes from hardly spicy to spicy to very spicy. I like a dab of Apollo on my eggs in the morning to get me going”

“Pros: they all taste great. Good for wraps, rice bowls, Bloody Mary's and sandwiches. Cons: wish the classic was thicker and more of an Asian taste to it.”

“All three are seriously great sauces, each with their own context. The Classic is probably my favorite hot sauce ever. The quality is immediately obvious with all of them.”
