“The classic line should get 6 stars. The apple cider vinegar gives these sauces an amazing flavor profile without much heat. Caliente - Just think Taco Bell fire sauce. Awesome! Apollo - Butt burner. Love it when i want a sweat in very small doses. It will ruin you for about 30 minutes and then again the next day but worth it for the flavor profile.”

“The trio pack is a great place to start. I find using my hot sauce on eggs is a perfect pair. Los Calientes is my favorite by far. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and heat.”

“I like The Classic more if I let it air-out (vinegar evaporate). Los Calientes is perfect for just about everything, but I love it most on breakfast burritos. The Apollo is a really good sauce too and can eat it with every bite of my meal. Although, to get the full effect from Apollo I had to lick it straight off the back of my hand and hold it in my mouth for about a minute, and only then was I able to get the same reaction from myself as those on the Hot Ones show, quite fun hehehe. The Apollo has a smooth smokey flavor that pairs well with chicken strips. A small dab (~1/4 tsp) in a large pot (~6 Qt) of my spaghetti sauce goes a long way too.”

“The classic was also more spicy then expected but i loved it and the apollo is kick ass with chicken and the middle sauce is the perfect heat level for me”
