“Some days its nice to not go straight for the kill and hit the top tier sauce. I love Los Calintes roja especially on eggs. My wife has been using the classic in our eggs and the kids dont seem to mind. Its a big jump from classic to lc to apollo but its a fun trio of wings to try just ramp it up. I'm yet to find a combination that doesnt work with these 3 sauces”

“Got this as a gift for Christmas and it went great. Already went through all three bottles and basically finished and it’s only been a few weeks. Taste delicious. Highly recommended. I don’t handle spice well but when I had some I had to go back for more!”

“This is a great pack! The last dab was just for shits and giggles and maybe some feats of strength when it’s boys night, it’s hot af as you’d expect, but also still pretty decent as far as taste goes. The other two though? Holy schnikes, these are some great hot sauces! The classic is pretty much everything tobasco wishes it could be, great on pretty much everything, easily the most delicious hot sauce I’ve ever had. Los Calientes is right up there with it, just with a bit more body and heat, really great flavour and it’s a great replacement for your favourite taco sauce etc since it’s got a bit more body to it.”

“This pack was the perfect starter experiment for me! The flavors of the classic and Los Calientes are so good and the last dab is no joke! I’m still trying to get used to that one lol. It’s a fun challenge that I’ve grown somewhat addicted to! Hot Ones does make great sauces that I will be purchasing again.”

“Was REALLY looking forward to the sauces. We watch and follow the Youtube channel and couldn’t wait to get on the heat train….. Sadly.. No train, just wasted money. Ordered and paid for international courier delivery on August 12. After 1 month still no tracking updates. (We order heaps of stuff online without issues even during the pandemic, everything arrives normally within 2 weeks – 3 weeks, expected with the current situation, we also run a large E-commerce store ourselves, so we know how long shipping takes. Kept being given the “pandemic excuse” was just a cop out, they didn’t know where it was. DHL and Heatonist were arguing with each other as to where my package was, while we had to idly sit by and wait for that to finish. To their credit, Heatonist jumped in to help and re-sent the package but now used the slow postal service to get it to us. It just gets worse from here ☹ Fast forward to October, 12th we received it. 2 months after the order (missed the birthday it was a gift for but we figure no problem there really) What was the worst part is how it was packed (or not packed? Absolutely horrible) International or domestic shipping with bottles just floating around in a box, ZERO protection apart from a bit of paper stuffed in the main box. 3 - 4 small boxes inside a box big enough to hold a German Shephard. The moment we opened the box, I could smell it. The bottles had smashed, the had all rubbed together so hard the glass was starting to shave off. The expiry dates gone and the sauces soaked into the cardboard packaging. (Smelled great but wasn’t about to starting eating glass covered spicy cardboard to test out the flavor. Real big shame, for such a long wait and such poor attention to detail for shipping, disappointed doesn't really describe it. Pic added in for visual reference”

We're so sorry to hear that this happened!! :( That's not the experience we'd want you to have with us. Thank you for your patience with the shipping time as we are doing our best to follow up with couriers! If it's already on its way, it's usually quicker to speak with the courier to get it back on track rather than send a new one, so we like to try that first. So sorry again that wasn't the case here and for the state the sauces arrived in! :( We use the best (custom made) boxes in the business and our breakage rate is less than 1%, but it stinks when this happens altogether. We will absolutely make this right, though - I just sent an email your way so please be on the lookout for that. Thank you!

“This was the first kit I bought from Heatonist, and it did not disappoint. The flavors are delightful! I will always have the Classic in my kitchen. My husband loves the sweet variety of flavors in the Los Calientes, and it was a fun adventure to do the Last Dab together. I could put the Classic on everything!”
