Have had my trio for a few weeks now. Really enjoyed the trio- great flavours; have used on wing (of course), added to a dip, on sandwiches and eggs.

Overall love the trio. I was a bit disappointed with the last dab, I may have gotten a rouge batch. My sauce color is more yellow/brown and running not thick at all and no seeds. Heat was a 7/10 for me.

I've had the Classic Blue Label, kind of liked it a little more than the Red. The Last Dab will forever be delicious and hilarious to watch other people eat. But the Los Calientes Barbacoa really surprised me. Absolutely delicious. Wouldn't combine them as a trio, but they are definitely good if you're making multiple mains.

I bought the entire pack from Season 15 and held a hot ones special for three of us. It was amazing. Definitely felt the burn on the last three sauces but almost all of them had great flavor. It definitely lived up to the name. Shipping was great, right on schedule and very fast. We waited almost 3 months to hold the party after I bought the sauces, but it was worth the wait.

Los Calientes is my favorite of the bunch! They're all delicious and I use at least one every day!

The Los Calientes Barbacoa is just awesome. Smokier sauce than I expected, but in a good way. Still decently mild for the unsuspecting dinner guest and packed with flavor.

The Classic is a great breakfast hot sauce and goes really well with eggs (almost like a more flavorful/less vinegary Tabasco). The Barbacoa had a nice smokey flavor that wasn't too overpowering. The Apollo definitely delivers on heat!
