“Absolutely wonderful sauces. This Lot Calientes is now my go-to for making pulled pork sandwiches and other barbecued meats. The Classic made really good bread and butter pickles with a hint of heat, while The Last Dab made fantastic atomic dill pickles. Would fully recommend all three.”

“The classic is a very nice vinegar based sauce that is light and gives a bit of flavor. Caliente is a nice BBQ style hot sauce that is a nice medium. And the APOLLO!!! WOW! My head was sweating in seconds and my tongue was on fire for a half hour. But actually the taste of the Apollo is pleasant, but it will light you up! I have learned a little goes a LONG WAY with the last dab!”

“This is a sweet, smokey, and spicy sauce. Pairs well with just about anything. I am on my 5th bottle, about to be purchasing 6+. Give it a go....you will be buying more in the future.”

“Sauces taste great. Love the fact that I can take a mild sauce add a drop or three of the real hot stuff and make a good tasting, “adjustable heat” sauce anyone can handle.”
