“The 2 sauces very great then we tried the Apollo. All we could taste was the heat from it no flavor. The smell of it was also strong. The other 2 sauces were great”

“Mild was too mild. The medium was just right. Hot was too hot. I think personally I prefer a 6-7 on the hot sauce meter. The flavor is amazing with the barbacoa sauce. I truly enjoy the Hot Ones Experience.”

“Classic has no spice but nice flavor. We mixed in Apollo with classic to add heat with the sweet flavor of the classic. Los Caliente Barbacoa is the fav. The flavor and little bit of heat are perfect. Went through that bottle in a matter of weeks.”

“These are each distinct and really delicious. They're not the spiciest, but they have really great flavor profiles. The Apollo sauce terrified me and I was really afraid to try it, but it might've been my favorite of the three. Cannot WAIT to unleash the Barbacoa on some tacos!!!”
