“The flavor of the sauces are decent. I wish I was asked to rate them individually, but because I bought them together here’s the breakdown: Cedar Smoked Garlic is not great. There’s an almost metallic taste to it. It’s the least tasty of the three. 1/5 stars. The Phoenix is okay. Paired with the right food, it has good qualities. But, it’s a bit watery in consistency and not very bold flavor. 2/5 stars. Calabria is very good. It’s quite tomato-y, but has strong flavors and a good heat level. 4/5 stars.”

“These three are really on point for their flavors. Garlic is really pronounced and the smoke is stand out. The heat of angry goat is a bit surprising but that sauce is good. Love the consistency with hot ones sauces.”

“I share these sauces with coworkers and we love the sauces. We use these sauces on everything!! We even tried it on cake, but we do not recommend it.”

“Surprisingly good! I love the way they change up the sauces every season. These three were very mild but packed with rich favors like cedar smoked garlic, sun- dried tomatoes, and cantaloupe!”

“The consistency of all 3 are perfect and not runny. Dawson's is always a mild favorite, Calabria is very tasty, and Angry Goat Phoenix, is my favorite of the 3. It's sweet and the cantaloupe flavor gives it a unique, but pleasing flavor.”

“Amazing, all three. Dawson's clearly dominated the set for me, as I am a big fan of smoked flavors. Packs a very pleasant punch. Calabria is gentle and sweet with subtle sundried tomato notes. Pleasant experience throughout. The phoenix is very refreshing with fruity notes of cantaloupe providing an amazing base for the heat it carries.”
