“A true variety here. Each with its own distinct flavors. The Dawsons is Smokey and rich pairs well with meats and dishes where extra seasoning is desired. The Calabria is thick consistency and a good sauce for blending into dishes where tomato can help (Italian and Curries come to mind) … but … The Phoenix is the real gem here. This is a good on just about everything sauce. Somehow manages to be very hot, but it’s melon notes add the smallest touch of uniqueness that make it blend with anything. I have blended this sauce with cream sauces, added it atop teriyaki bowls and even tested it on Pizza. It’s high on my list of all time sauces for flavor with Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet and Ginger. This one is a must try.”

“Left Sauce: 5/5 For a garlic hot sauce this one slaps! It’s a nice thick consistency and it’s way better then the garlic Fresno. Can go on anything savory. Middle Sauce: 4/5 tomato based hot sauce good with things that have tomato sauce stuff on them. Also a very thick consistency. Right sauce: 4/5 not as thick as the other two. Weird flavor of melon so takes some time to get used to it. The spiciest out of the three. Good with like raw fish (I make a spicy Mayo with it) or salad”

“This is probably the greatest trio of hot sauces I've ordered. They're all amazing. The cedar smoked garlic is really delicious, the cantaloupe in the one sauce adds a unique sweetness that I love, and the Calabria hot sauce would be great in a number of Italian dishes.”
