“I usually deal with Currys or Very for online shopping and am sorry I didn't this time. The product was not up to scatatch and did not perform as it should. I have had a fully automated bean to cup machine before and found this one to be subpar. I asked to return it and was not permitted to do so except at a loss. I even proposed to upgrade to the next model up but it was more headaches. I am stick with a product now that I am not happy with
Had this been Currys or Very, it would have been returned with no cost on postage or restocking, I would have received a full refund and postage arranged by the stores in some cases a delivery driver to collect the product for complete ease. I learned my lesson at 589.00 euros, a mistake I will never make again. Please beware if you buy a product from this store! I do not recommend and could not leave less than 1 star.”
