“Having purchased this lawnmower I was so disappointed with the batteries while cutting a little high grass back in September they went dead and I was unable to complete the cut.
I contacted Heavins.ie to explain my dissatisfaction. I asked them should I contact the lawnmower company WORX direct in. order to seek an opinion. Or could they advise me what to do.
That was October 16th but I never received a reply. These batteries cost around€160 a pair I most definitely will need spares for security in order to keep this lawnmower.”
“The mower is really nice and quiet and does the job well!! There are 2 settings, I would use eco, just to get more out of the running time, though I've been thinking of getting a couple spare batteries just to allow for longer mowing times. It cuts long grass and short grass well, is not too heavy, but is a good size for any garden. It's easy to put together, plus it moves easily around the garden. All I'd say is it takes a little bit of time to figure the different height settings for the mower, so you can get the best result, but once you know what you're doing, it works really well. All in all, a great purchase.”
