“Unfortunately the bin lid was damaged on arrival. I was offered a 15% refund (5.50€) but decided that that would not be adequate as the bin has a 10 yr warranty. I had to send it back by post - such a nuisance. I bought another one in a bigger suppliers that would be able to replace the product if faulty.”
