“A great little engine with a lot of quality features ie flickering firebox,Sprung buffers,detailed cab with elaborate plpework and a lot of diecast bodywork.
One feature that was initially a good idea is the magnetic roof on the top of the cab.
However the magnets holding the roof on keep detaching themselves from their mounts and it is a huge fiddle to try and glue them back in as the magnets are tiny
Also if you glue the magnets the wrong way round they repel each other making re-attachment extra difficult.. I think if Dapol are going to continue with the magnetic roof they need to make the magnets much bigger and secure them in their mounts in a better way”
