“The mold only needs a few seconds in the hot water to find the right shape of the upper and lower teeth. The gel is sticky, so you need to clean it off after use and replacing the cap. To be honest, i have found that the Colgate Max White Ultimate toothpaste has been a better buy for seeing positive results.”
