They have been a great substitute and were very easy to use and mould to the shape of my teeth. I achieved a much better result using these rather than my old ill fitting moulds. “I was not able to fully use the product as I struggled with the mouth guard, very thick and constantly felt like gagging. Would not recommend the guards perhaps buy guards from elsewhere”
