“Very easy to use and do what they are supposed to do. Just drop it into hot water, wait few seconds, put the tray in your mouth and bite. They are very durable and having 4 allows for any mistakes if you are shaping them for the first time :) I have had mine for over 1.5 years and they are still perfect! Great (and low cost) alternative to custom made trays at the dentist.”

“I personally couldn’t get these to mould to my teeth despite a few attempts in hot water . Would recommend sending off for proper moulds. These are too large and don’t mould your teeth individually”
