“The hair was fantastic and the clips strong. However the box was missing a piece and the extensions were longer than my hair with out the thickness so It just looks funny - you see the extension hanging low and its thin at the bottom.”

We apologize for the confusion regarding the missing piece. It seems you may be referring to the sample weft, which is included in the set and counted as part of the total pieces. It's located at the bottom of the tube where it says "TRY ME" and is included to help you assess the color and texture before fully opening the set.
For extra thickness, we recommend trying our Extra Volume set, which offers more fullness and is perfect if you're looking for a thicker look.
