Horrible customer service! I started the process to return and exchange the wig. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve been ghosted by customer service, with no word about the replacement or where it is. Terrible, never buy from here.

I’ve yet to receive my replacement. The length was shorter than advertised. I feel like my money is in limbo. No reply to my inquiries on replacement status. Your exchange process to get longer length is flawed. I hope anyone reads this and helps me,

It was not clearly explained that I should look at the sample hair before opening the canister that was delivered. The color was HUGELY not a match and now I'm stuck with hair extensions I can't use. Complete waste of money. The hair itself was great and wonderful, but the process was terrible and the representative I communicated with through email was not helpful.

We’re truly sorry to hear that the color didn’t meet your expectations, and we completely understand how frustrating that must be. We appreciate your honest feedback and would love to provide some clarity on our process. Each set of clip-in extensions includes a tester piece, packed separately in a designated “TRY ME” compartment at the bottom of the tube. The main set remains sealed with a black security seal, which clearly states that it should only be opened if you decide to keep the product. This tester is provided specifically so you can check the color, length, and texture before making a final decision. If the sample isn’t the right match, we encourage customers to return it in its original packaging and reach out to us—we’re happy to provide a return label for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, once the main set has been opened, we are unable to accept returns. Since hair extensions are considered personal-use items, we must ensure that all products remain in their original, untouched condition for the safety of all our customers. Additionally, on the product page, we provide a color guide at the top and include a short description of each shade. The Natural Black shade is described as a natural black with warm neutral undertones, meaning some brown undertones are expected. We always recommend checking the sample first to ensure it’s the perfect match. We’re sorry that this wasn’t clear, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Wigs look cheap, wanted to return, however I’ve emailed the company multiple times and they’ve completely ghosted me and I can’t return it.

However, we were waiting for your confirmation on whether you’d be returning both wigs or just one so we could proceed with the return registration. Unfortunately, we never received a response back. Amazing quality, switched from a different online brand and irresistible me is a much better, cheaper, higher quality brand. Will be re-purchasing from this site again if I need more extensions

The hair quality is great but the color was much more golden or red toned in color than blonde. The sample is also at the bottom of box and can twist so if the words “try me” is turned so that you don’t see it, you won’t know to open it first. Once you break the seal, you can’t exchange it so make sure you get a sample first!

Overall great product but they should email a link with a tutorial to attach the piece you orderd. AND the ponytail extension should be made with clips not just a comb for a more secure fit.
