“I am a loyal customer. I rave about your extensions to EVERYONE, but unfortunately this batch of hair was really poor quality. I have always gotten the BEST hair, but this hair was dried out and lacking in luster completely. If I was able to get another set Id love that, but otherwise I may hold off on purchasing at this time. Like I said, I have always had a great experience with all my other purchases and this one was a big let down because I was just so used to having such good quality. I have a ring so I know it never got delivered....
They asked if I wanted to protect my order.
Ive never been asked that before, must be something new. - thought it was weird to be asked that, and then I never get my hair.
Messaged the team and they said they couldnt do anything about it.
Wont ever buy from here again.
