To help customers find their perfect match, each set of clip-in extensions comes with a tester piece packed separately at the bottom of the tube in a clearly marked "TRY ME" compartment. This allows you to check the color, length, and texture before deciding whether to keep or return the product. The main set remains sealed with a black security sticker that has a clear message stating that it should only be opened if you’re sure about keeping the item.
Our return policy is in place for hygienic reasons, meaning that once the main seal is broken, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product that meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
