“Very disappointing that you cannot tell by the sample piece how thin these extensions are now that I opened it I cannot return it I just have to pay all this money for a product I cannot use and yes I took the quiz and made sure I was choosing what was supposedly the right product for my needs”
“The hair does not come as advertised. The hair I received melted as I use my flat iron and wand curl on it. It also was very frizzy and had lint build up, which was causing the hair to tangle.”
“The way that the site is set up makes all of the hair seem the same. The classic clip ins are much thinner and are meant to look like natural hair extensions,they are also straight and really hard to curl, but I wasnt aware of that until I actually tried to use them. My hair is way too thick and I wonder if it would even be too thick for the royal clip ins as well. I just wish that was made clearer because now I have hair extra that I cant even use and I was really excited to use them.in terms of quality they are great clip ins and the hair feels real. Just disappointed”
