“I ordered clip extensions in this website a few months ago, since I loved them so much I decided to re-order them about a month ago , however the delivery didn't go well as i had placed an incorrect shipping address , as a result I decided to write an e-mail to their staff, they were super nice , very quick to reply and were very understanding even though it had been my mistake not theirs.
Eventually they placed a new order to be shipped in Italy, and i received my extensions yesterday.
I 100% recommend this website, they are great and they have wonderful products”
“I was disappointed with the quality of hair given the price.. I have purchased from other leading brands in the past and havent been as unsatisfied as I am with these. The hair strands came with a lot of breakage, the hair also seems very thin (probably due to the breakage) and on top of it after washing them before my first use, I noticed as they were drying some visible strands that looked almost plastic or synthetic.. so much for 100% human hair right? Anyways. I use them because i obviously cant return them and they were expensive, but I wont be making future purchases. Im sorry but I will be going back to other leading brands I have bought with in the past. The influencers made these sound and look more amazing than they are in my opinion. I was wanting to try something new since I kept hearing about this brand. They look great in the influencers hair, unless I just happen to receive a bad batch but I regret my purchase.”
