“These were not natural black they were brown. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and have been for 13 yrs.....these were atleast a level 3/4, black is a level 1. I was so excited to receive these so fast but the hair quality is not great either. I used nothing but moisturizing products and heat protection when I would style them. I washed them once since having them, following the instructions and they look like I've had them for 5 yrs, they knot up within mins of me brushing them out and installing them. I spend most of my day running my fingers through them or a wide tooth comb just to make sure they still blend and don'tend up looking like a birds nest. Its not worth the headache.”
