“I have no complaints about the product, love the quality and the quantity of hair you get on Remy. What does not makes me happy was that I was warranted that I was going to get them before my special event. Well it took about 2.5 weeks almost 3 for them to arrived. The seal of the package was opened. I contacted the company and they offered an exchange but I really didn't feel to deal another 2-3 weeks or may be more. This extansions are pricey and very well made. But if you are going to order them for a special event make sure you do it 1-2 months in advanced. Customer service won't honor any discount or rush shipment, I tried and no luck with it, except their apologies. Will I order them again, probably not. Plus there's not much discount or price difference if you are planning to get them on a black friday.. I kept the product because like i said i liked it, and I use it on my daughter's hair instead of mine. Will I recomend the product yes, plus compared to other companies "BellamIhair" the price of irresistibleme are considerable.”

“I receivedmy package and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the hair I received.
I took out the test piece in the small pouch, as instructed, to check for color and blend-ability. The test piece was a good match on color so I proceeded with opening the rest of the clip-ins. Upon opening the other 9 pieces I was extremely dissatisfied with how the clip ins looked. There was so much lint built up within the hair strands and it was in every single piece of clip-ins. I also encountered an extreme amount of shedding just from finger combing through the hair. I combed out easily 15-20g of hair. from frayed ends on the weft.
I reached out to the company and expressed my concerns and they wereextremely helpful when it came to resolving the matter of replacements. The customer service team was extremely helpful and diligentin making things right with my order.
Although I can give praises to the customer service team, I am still completely unsatisfied with the hair the 2nd time around. For this hair to be marketed as "high quality, human remy hair", it is missing the mark for me.
Upon receiving my replacement set of clip-ins, I was still dissatisfied with the quality of hair. Still, many lint balls within the hair and non-hair fiber strands in the wefts. The hair had some sort of glue or plastic like fiber in it, because when I went to apply heat to the hair I saw a black residue left on my curling irons. I decided to try to do everything I could to give the hair a fair try so I then attempted to wash the hair in hopes to remove the excess lint and fibers. Upon washing the hair, a very dark brown liquid began to remove from the hair. I did not expect this seeing as I ordered 1B color, which is thought to be a natural black hair color. Either way, I washed and rinsed the hair several times and the color still bled from the hair. After conditioning and combing through the hair, I noticed an extreme amount of shedding, as I have mentioned before. Easily another 15-20 grams in addition to the 15-20 grams of hair that shed when Ibrushed the hair straight out of the box. After washing, I still noticed a large amount of lint balls still present in ALL 10 clips of hair.
Needless to say, this product is not giving me the quality of hair that I expected it to.”
