“Hair clips are very thick and heavy on your head I see lines under my hair so I cant wear them I messaged the page asking why I didnt get the think sleek clips and they just says send an email to help like seriously I am emailing u now!? Seriously I cant wear this hair that I spent over $300 For because its very OBVIOUS that it is clip ins. They also voluntarily add a membership of $40 a month with your purchase. Even though I emailed a week and a half ago because their website does not allow you to cancel it it like freezes they still went ahead and charged my account. I had to raise hell to get a refund for that $40 and now have to wait 3+ days to get it back. Dont get me started on shipping either the website said that my order had been fulfilled yet still took a week after I emailed to arrive Terrible”
“I love my 16 inch/extra volume dark ombr clip in extensions. However, before I was even able to put them in for the first time a section , what would call a track, come apart from the band and fell on the floor. Luckily with the extra volume I got plenty of attachments. I am able to use a different three clip attachment, but if something ever goes wrong with one I dont have a back up I would feel confident in wearing.”
