“Your staff member who rudely answered some of my questions and literally refused to answer other questions, I have email thread if you want it! I had to ask numerous times for an answer , until I threatened to post the email thread!!! You have a good product, but your staff are bringing you down!!! I am highly disappointed in the way I was treated! I am currently reviewing other options to buy! Why would I want to continue being a customer who buys frequently, yet treated poorly????
