“I am not happy with the product & emailed right away to do a return. No one answered my email so I tried to do a Chat. No one answered me on the chat. At this point, I think that I have been ripped off of $100 & I am left with a less than optimum product that I am not happy . Terrible customer service & possibly a scam company not to respond to a return”

To help with your return process, we’d like to clarify that each clip-in set is packaged in a tube with two compartments: the main set is in the top portion, sealed with a black seal, and at the bottom, there's a "TRY ME" section with a sample of the hair.
In order to complete your return registration, we kindly asked for a photo showing the tube is still sealed and the sample is placed back in its compartment. This ensures we can proceed with the return and maintain the condition of the product. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the requested photo, which is why we were unable to complete your return at this time.

“I am pleased with the quality of the hair extensions, though I really wished that they matched my natural hair color better. I believe I am in between two colors. I returned the first one and got a medium brown I believe. I am making it work. I like how light they feel on my head, but my scalp gets easily irritated by the clips. Im hoping that will pass over time. For the most part I really like them and am pleased with my purchase.”
