“Horrible quality hair! As soon as I opened the package the hair smelled like plastic. I thought it was the bag but no! I was so wrong. I felt the hair and if felt rough. So I washed them to see if the extensions would get smother but nope! Wrong decision it got worse ! The hair started to come off, not a little bit but a lot! Then there were a lot of white faux hairs all over sewn into the extensions. I tried trimming them off but it took more then an hour till I gave up.
To make matters even worse I contacted customer service and all they would give me was a 10% off my next purchase!
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER buy these again or ever recommend them in my life!”
