“The rooted beige color I received was a completely different color than what was on the website. It came as an orange and strawberry blonde mixture, rather than medium brown and beige blonde. The extensions are also very thin. Irresistible Me extensions use to be quality and thick. Disappointing....”

Just to clarify, our return policy is in place for strict hygienic reasons, as our hair extensions are considered a personal care product. That’s why we include a sample weft in every full set packed separately. This smaller piece is meant to help you check the color, texture, and quality without opening the main package. As long as the seal on the full set remains unbroken, the product is eligible for return.

“I have ordered clip-ins in the past and these seem a lot thinner than usual. My package seems to have already been opened when it arrived. The seal was broken and the spare clips were just rattling around in the tube. Were these clip-ins used/returned?? Something is off. The quality and color are nice, just a lot thinner than previous clip-ins I have ordered.”
