With all our ponytails (and other extensions), we include a small sample packed separately so you can check the shade before opening the main product. Once the main piece is unsealed, we can’t take it back for hygiene reasons, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear at the time.

If the shade isn’t quite right, we’re more than happy to assist with a return—as long as the main product remains unopened. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons, ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product.
Our Ponytail Extension is designed with a fabric-stitched base, a built-in comb, and an attached ribbon for secure placement. Here’s how to apply it:
✔️ Tie your natural hair into a ponytail or bun.
✔️ Slide the built-in comb under your hair tie for a secure grip.
✔️ Wrap the ribbon around the base to conceal the attachment and secure it with a bobby pin.
