“This pony tail is thiiiick. I wanted a cute pony tail and this is pretty but If you have fine and thin hair then it’s just too much. I’d prefer it to be 1/2 the amount. The weight of the hair pulls and the tiny teeth won’t hold too well. The tie is a good idea but again-it’s too heavy to support if you have thin hair. Customer service was fast on my return. I needed a darker color. The color swatch is nice to see about color match but I don’t see myself wearing this pony tail.”
