“I ordered a 4 clip volumizer, first one. I usually order the extension set. I always order 1B, as I did with the volumizer. It was dark brownish/black? Not a true 1B. I know theres a return policy but to tell you the truth I needed this ASAP and couldnt return it for the true color. I was in a bind! Please check my order history, I know what 1B looks like. Still will be a returning customer though!”
“This volumizer is made of pretty good quality hair and the color was a good match for my natural hair, but there are some things I dont like about it. For example, the unit itself is very bulky and it does not lay flat on the head. For those of us with fine/thinning hair the weight of the unit can pull on our natural hair. Its also NOT seamless which contributes to the fact that it may be visible on people whose natural hair is fine/thin. I also thought the clips were a bit uncomfortable. If this was a seamless unit with more comfortable clips, I would have given it 5 stars.”
