“The color looks more blonde/brown than grey-it is no where salt/pepper colors. I wish I could return them but I opened the wrong end first. I didn’t see the “Try it” that was in the bottom!! Who looks at the bottom first!! And it says if you plan to keep them then you can open the top!!”

To help prevent this kind of situation, our packaging includes a clear message on the top seal that says “OPEN ME ONLY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ME,” and the sample piece is packed separately at the bottom for you to check the color, length, and texture before committing to the full set.
