Our ash shades are designed to provide a cool tone, but color perception can sometimes vary based on lighting and individual monitors. We always strive to offer accurate representations in our images and descriptions.
To help our customers find the perfect match, all of our clip-in and tape-in extensions come with a separate sample piece so you can check the color before opening the main product. If the shade isn’t quite right, we’re more than happy to assist with a return—as long as the main product remains unopened. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons, ensuring that all our customers receive brand-new, untouched hair extensions.

“What I will say is the color match my hair perfectly. The hair feels amazing, looks amazing, and I couldnt be happier with the 20 length. However the tapes did not last through even one wash. They werent very sticky to begin with. Super disappointing. I was able too take them out without any assistance by myself. Would return if I could, and probably wont be using the hair I bought again. Which is unfortunate because it was expensive.”
“They didnt hold up as well as Aveda tape in extensions. About 6 weeks is all the hair lasted before it was tangled and dry. Will give it one more shot before final review.”
