“I am a longstanding customer of about 3 years purchasing hair extensions with irresistible me. I always found the quality of the hair extensions to be reliable for such a reasonable price. I have now purchased a new pack of tape ins since my last purchase in the summer (2024), and I am simply disappointed. Previously, the hair would last me several months at a time, and up to 2-3months of heavy use/manipulation before noticing any damage or shedding of any kind. However, it has been only two weeks since installing the tape ins from my recent purchase, and the hair is nearly becoming a matted mess by the end of each day with minimal to no physical activity (I work a basic office 9-5). Hair falls all over the floor EVERY time I brush it, and the ends already feel brassy and are easily tangled.”
