After your initial complaint, we sent a replacement order with two new tape-in sets at no additional cost. When you later mentioned issues with the tape not holding, we reminded you that each set comes with replacement tabs, which are included specifically for situations like this.
We’ve now been notified that a chargeback has been opened for your order. Please note that the investigation is handled by the bank and may take up to 75 business days to reach a conclusion. We’ll await the outcome and continue to fully cooperate with their review process.
