“These extensions shed SO much! There is hair everywhere, all over my back, my clothes. And that’s not even while brushing it, I’d rather brush them to try to get all the shedding hair out and it’s just way more than any other extension brand I’ve used”

We’d like to assure you that some shedding is normal, especially with 100% human hair extensions, as the strands are no longer attached to a live scalp. That said, shedding should still be minimal with proper care.
To help reduce shedding and keep your extensions looking their best, here are a few tips:
- Use a soft bristle brush or a loop brush specifically designed for extensions. Always brush gently, starting from the ends and working your way up while supporting the roots with your hand.
- Avoid using heavy or oil-based products near the tape area, as these can weaken the bond and cause more shedding.
- Opt for sulfate-free, extension-safe shampoos and conditioners to prevent drying out the hair.
- Brush your extensions regularly but gently — especially before washing or sleeping — and avoid brushing while the hair is wet to minimize breakage.
