“So the hair quality is amazing. Customer service doesn’t exist. I was sent the incorrect hair color. I ordered Jet Black and received a Natural Black which as brown undertone. I reached out to customer service no on answers “live chat”. They send you a generated email about returning/or exchanging. I paid for express shipping and was not going to et it back. I kept the extensions and died them which was annoying. BUYER BEAWARE! If they send you the incorrect item it’s an inconvenience and they do not reimburse for their mistakes. Plus your time to consider having to return then wait etc. I was not satisfied with their non existent customer service. The hair though is amazing quality.”

After reviewing the photos you sent us, we can confirm that the hair you received was Jet Black, which does not have brown undertones, so it looks like the correct item was shipped.
I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you were hoping for a different color, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We did offer a return label in case you weren’t fully satisfied, and we’d still love to assist you if there’s anything else we can do to make this right.
