“The packing tube was sent in a large bag that allowed the box a lot of movement while in transit. As a result, the flimsy taped seal was twisted and open. As a result, I was not able to return the product.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that the shade did not turn out as expected. Our Invisible Base Clip-Ins are made with a silicone strip designed to create a lightweight, seamless look. However, silicone does not absorb color, which is why the base itself will remain the original shade even if the hair is dyed.
Please note that once the extensions have been used or chemically processed (including coloring), we are unable to accept them back for return or exchange. We always recommend testing the shade with the included sample before opening the full set, as color results may vary depending on your hair and lighting.
