“I'll be honest the extensions were nice and thick I love the fact they were close to the scalp you almost felt like you didn't have them on but my problem was was the color I felt that it was a neutral blonde with highlights but it was an actual apricot blonde with yellow highlights I actually tried to tone them and it did not change the outcome the darker blonde is way too gold it's more like an orange gold so I was kind of disappointed by the color cuz it did not look nothing like the picture”

“Received the packaging with the seal already broken, voiding the return policy. Customer service did offer me to return them but no guarantee of a refund if they had been tampered with….well, they arrived tampered with, otherwise the seal would have been closed. Don’t waste your money!”
