All of our clip-ins sets include a sample weft, packed separately at the bottom of the tube and labeled "TRY ME." This allows you to check the color and quality before opening the full set. If it’s not a match, you’re welcome to return the product as long as the main bundle remains unopened, as outlined in our return policy.
Because our products are made from 100% human hair, once the hygiene seal is broken and the set is opened, we’re unfortunately unable to accept it back for safety and health reasons. This is a standard practice in the hair and beauty industry to ensure all customers receive brand new, untouched products.
