“I reached out to customer service to have help with what color I should get and they suggested that I get this color. I ordered another color for myself and the color that was correct was the color I picked myself. I ordered a total of 2 items and then one of the items came with a broken seal and they told me that I could not return it because I did not reach out soon enough, even though i reached out within 30 day return policy. Now I have wasted $200 on this and this company that has poor quality control. Very disappointed and would not suggest purchasing from here due to poor quality and customer service.”
