We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we totally understand your disappointment. 💔 It’s possible that the seal got broken during handling either in our warehouse or during delivery, and we truly apologize for that. Please know that all of our products are brand new and we aim to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
Regarding the dryness, we want to let you know that the extensions are made from 100% human hair, but they do go through some chemical processing and dyeing to achieve the final color and texture. Because of this, they can sometimes feel a bit dry or more delicate than untreated hair. For best results, we recommend using hydrating treatments and sulfate-free shampoo to keep them soft and healthy.
As we mentioned in the email we sent you on April 8th, we’ve provided you with a return label for the product. In order for us to proceed with the return, please ensure that the wefts are still tied up with the golden string and that the extensions are placed back in the original tube, with the sample in its separate compartment. This will help us process your exchange or refund smoothly.
