To clarify, all of our wigs are 100% human hair, ethically sourced from different voluntary donors. Once the hair is collected, it goes through a chemical cleaning and processing phase, followed by coloring and styling to prepare it for sale. The curly option you selected is pre-styled—not naturally curly virgin hair.
Regarding the delivery time, our human hair wigs are handcrafted to order, which means processing times can vary depending on the specific item. The wig you selected had a standard delivery time of 6 to 10 business days, in addition to the processing time. We sincerely apologize for any delays or confusion regarding your shipment.
If you're unhappy with your purchase and would like to proceed with a return, please check your email (including your spam folder) for a message from our customer service team. Simply respond to it, and we will provide you with a free return label. Please note that the wig must be in its original, unaltered condition for the return to be processed.
