“I made a huge mistake to purchase a wig here for the first time. I didnt even know who they were because I only chatted online with a hairstylist and she recommended me this website. I purchased the wig she suggested in that day without knowing what I will experience next. First , FEDEX did not deliver the wig as it was expected and I had to go at their location and pick it up. Wig color was okay , but the cap inside was very big and I tried multiple times to adjust it and keep it for me. Unfortunately, Im not able to wear it because its loose and I spent money on it for nothing. Representative was very unprofessional and told me they cant assist me now with any solution and Im obligated to keep the wig no matter what and waists $168 dollars. This is a horrible website and treat customers very bad or maybe Im the customer treated this way! I will never ever purchase anything from them and I only wanted to exchange the wig with a different one that would fit me better so I can be able to wear it.”
