Regarding the odor, the hair used in our wigs undergoes a chemical cleaning and processing procedure to ensure it's properly treated before being shipped. This process can sometimes result in a temporary odor, especially if the wig has been in storage for a while. To get rid of the smell, we recommend washing the wig with a gentle shampoo and conditioner, then letting it air dry. This should help eliminate any lingering odor.
