Jamieson Brothers® Antirrhinum Snapdragon Mixed Flower Seeds SNAPDRAGON Antirrhinum majus 'Snapdragon Mixed' Create an eye-catching display with these beautiful dwarf Snapdragons in a wide range of colours. Perfect for beddings and containers. Half Hardy Annual. CHARACTERISTICS: Height: 20cm-30cm Exposure: Full sun Flowering Time: June to October Garden Uses: Great as an annual ground cover, as an edging, or in pots or window boxes. Attracts: Bees & Butterflies GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Starting Indoors - January-March Sow the seeds 0.5cm deep in trays of moist compost, be careful not to over- water. Store in a warm place not in direct sunlight, and ensure the compost is kept moist. It is a good idea to cover with a clear plastic bag until the seeds germinate. Once the seedlings appear, remove the plastic When the seedlings are strong enough to handle they can be transplanted into bigger pots or trays. Be careful when easing the roots out as they can easily be damaged. Do not overcrowd the plants. Keep the pots in a warm, light position and turn regularly. Once all chance of frost has passed the plants can be transplanted into growing beds outside. Harden off first. Sowing Outdoors - April-May Spacing 10-15cm Sow seeds 0.5cm deep in flowering location, thin to above spacings. To prolong flowering deadhead flowers when required.

Slow to grow. I grow theses every year but still in green house with little sign of life. I did plant a little late so maybe they will appear next year. Quite expensive including postage.

Great seeds, grow well and so easy.. I know it says 600 seeds, I never counted them they are so tiny, but there was a lot, plenty. So easy to sow, they germinate really easily, I didnt appear to have any fail , totally happy with the purchase, You cant beat the lovely old fashioned snap dragon, beautiful colours and the kids love them , just teach them to be gentle with the dragon heads.

Did not germinate. Purchased several packets flower seeds from this company, along with seeds from other company's like fothergills, Sutton etc. I had no issues with the seeds from other companys however the only seeds that germinated from this company were the sunflower seeds, and about 30% of the seeds at best. Also, compared to sunflower seeds from the other companies these are growing a lot slower, but let's wait and see.
